After many years of problems with lower back pain due to a herniated disc, I can finally claim to be pain-free. Simply great, individual and sustainable training at comparatively really low prices. Great studio and the flexibility and competence of the team is hard to beat. I can only recommend! 💕 I feel so comfortable and have become such a "fan" of weight training, although barbells have intimidated me before. Just great! Best gym in Vienna!! Extremely open and positive atmosphere. Very professional and everything is explained in detail. Perfect for both beginners and advanced riders. In addition, each person is dealt with individually, which means that the training can be adapted to physical or mental characteristics. I had never felt so comfortable in a gym before! And I'm really very positively surprised at how good the training is for me. Through the strength exercises, I can actively contribute to bone formation (I already have incipient osteoporosis) and also my shoulder area, which has been permanently damaged after an operation and treated in many physiotherapy units, is noticeably strengthened and the painful tension disappears. The fact that each exercise is guided by Lorenz, the personal trainer, and worked according to an individual exercise plan makes the big difference to conventional gyms for me. I even go to training twice a week, even though the studio is not exactly around the corner from me...
